Set of 4 Vintage Reticulated Floral Dessert Plates
Description
A beautiful set of four vintage porcelain dessert plates dating to approximately the 1930s–1950s. Each plate features a delicate floral transfer in soft pastel tones, framed by an ornate pierced border with raised scrollwork and touches of gilt. The openwork edges and romantic blooms give them a wonderfully elegant feel, somewhere between an old English tea room and a treasured heirloom cabinet.
Perfect for serving cake, pastries or fruit, they also look lovely displayed on a dresser or layered into a gallery wall of vintage china.
Condition

Why We Love It
These feel wonderfully nostalgic and just a little bit fancy. We love the delicate lattice borders and soft floral centres, which make each plate feel like a tiny work of art. They’d look beautiful stacked on open shelves or brought out for afternoon tea with friends
