Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Unfortunately, Love, Lourose has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping times are the responsibility of the courier. If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
