At Love, Lourose, we carefully curate every vintage piece and aim to describe all items as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of vintage clothing and homewares, minor signs of wear or ageing may occasionally be present and are considered part of the character of vintage items.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at: emily@lourosevintage.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Your reason for return

Once your return request has been approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

EU & EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being delivered within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by email.

Returned items must:

  • Be returned in their original condition and unworn by you
  • Include original packaging where possible

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return postage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings or beauty products (if applicable)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Vintage items with imperfections clearly described or photographed in the listing

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Love, Lourose cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

If your refund has not appeared after this time, please contact your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Due to the one-of-one nature of vintage pieces, we are unable to guarantee exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order separately.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders, particularly those shipped to EU countries, may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes upon delivery.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fees.

Love, Lourose is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
