Vintage 1930s Collared Painted Pottery Dish with Handle
A stunning decorated jam/spice ceramic octagonal dish with handle, featuring a faded yellow lustrewear glaze and painted floral band in shades of royal blue, yellow, red and green. It has what looks like chillies printed on the design so could have originally been used as a chilli pot! This incredibly rare and unique ceramic dish maintains a metal base collar and handle and is stamped Stratford Made in England on the bottom. It would have most likely come with a lid originally.
